One main activity of the Baltic Sea Labour Forum is the Annual Round Table and its agenda is concentrating on issues defined in the work programme. The BSLN expert network and knowledge pool as well as the experiences of the cross border Information Centers for commuters are included in the forum.
The BSLF work programme is focussing on commonly agreed working fields which are important for the positive development of the labour markets in the Baltic Sea Region. The Enlarged Steering Committee has agreed on two common focus areas for 2012-13 which are mobility of labour and youth unemployment. The members of the Baltic Sea Labour Forum have established working groups in order to identify the main common challenges for the labour markets in the Baltic Sea Region and for developing joint solutions. The working groups shall start working in 2013.
